In 2010, Integrated Turf Solutions (ITS), one of only 2 companies in North America manufacturing the FULL range of artificial turf products, acquired SPRINTURF, one of the most reputable turf marketers and installers in the country. The SPRINTURF brand will remain unchanged. The new SPRINTURF becomes the FIRST fully integrated polyethylene turf company in North America. This is the first step towards a world class model, providing best-in-class economics, logistics, quality and service. The SPRINTURF brand is synonymous with high-performing Dual-Yarn systems. Over 90% of SPRINTURF installations since 2006 are Dual-Yarn installations, incorporating high durability, resiliency (or bounce back) and the exclusive infill fly-out reduction technology (IFR™).
SPRINTURF operates 2 manufacturing facilities. One in Dadeville, AL and the other in Chatsworth, GA. The Dadeville facility extrudes the full range of polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon yarns, including the latest generation of multi-shape, dual-color spinneret monofilament yarns, and the exclusive range of mono-tape fibers. The Chatsworth, GA facility houses the tufting, urethane coating and "Easy-Back" coating operations. The Dadeville and Chatsworth facilities have provided yarn and finished turf products for over 1,000 fields in North America. SPRINTURF is the only company in North America that extrudes 100% of their fibers in-house and in America.
Our product lines starts with our Ultrablade, the leading parallel long slit fiber system that’s been a leader in the industry since 2006. Our dual fiber Ultrablade MM and DF systems have proven themselves time and again with hundreds of fields installed since 2007. Our new Ultrablade MX features a 260 micron elliptical shaped monofilament fiber to provide exceptional durability and natural grass aesthetics.
